Haeryong Joo (“James”) is an experienced engineer and former head of fisheries policy at the Korean government’s agriculture and fisheries committee.

James has hands-on experience from robotics, video technologies, logistics, finance, databases, ecommerce, reasoning and prediction systems, and pharmaceutical computer systems.

James has worked in research, development, system design, deployment, project management and operation of advanced systems at Netizion Comm (San Francisco), Antigo, Beijing Zion and Samsung. His experience includes work in the US, Korea and China. He has MSc Computational Chemistry at Hanyang University, Korea.
